Day forty-four: Do you drink green tea? (If you don’t you should. Seriously.)  I force myself to drink it if I’m not feeling well.  But I really don’t like it.  I really, really hate the taste and it makes me nauseous.  I don’t really like tea.  Why spend time drinking something I don’t like?

Day thirty-nine: What has been the hardest thing you’ve had to give up? I would say alcohol.  I haven’t even completely given it up, but cutting back on it has been really, really hard.
